Welcome to Guest Services! The Guest Services department at Rupp Arena is dedicated to offering superior customer service to every person who walks through our doors. Our job is to take care of you from the moment you arrive until the moment you leave and enhance your overall experience by the service we provide.
Guest Services is the largest department in the building consisting of Ushers, Ticket Takers, Event Security and Guest Relations Representatives. Each staff member is professionally trained to provide assistance and we are eager to accommodate your needs.
