Rupp Arena meets all public facility structural and service requirements as set forth in the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Parking
Parking accommodations for guests with disabilities are available in Rupp Arena's High Street and Cox Street parking areas.
Seating
Rupp Arena offers permanent accessible seating in Sections 22, 23, 30, 32, 33, 39, 40. Floor seating may be available at some concerts/events. Please contact the Box Office at (859) 233-3535 for specific seating information. We offer seating for the mobility, hearing, and visualy impaired.
Service Animals
Service animals are welcome inside the building but must remain on a leash or in a harness at all times. If you intend to bring a service animal to the building, please notify your ticket representative at the time of purchase so that an aisle seat may be reserved for you.
Sign Language Interpreters
Rupp Arena can provide sign language interpretation for guests with hearing disabilities. Requests for this service must be received 30 days prior to the event and be approved by the performer. For details, please call the Rupp Arena Box Office at (859) 233-3535.
Wheelchairs
Rupp Arena does not provide wheelchairs to guest attending events. There are local companies that offer wheelchair rental, if needed.
