Box Office Location
The box office is located on the third floor of the Shops at Lexington Center across from the Rupp Arena lobby near the entrance to the Hyatt hotel.

Box Office Will Call
Tickets can be picked up via the Ticketmaster Kiosk located inside the High Street rotunda main entrance. To use the kiosk please have the credit card you
made your ticket purchase with and follow the on screen instructions. The kiosk is only available on the day for which you purchased tickets. Tickets are only available from the kiosk if you purchased your tickets through Ticketmaster.com.
You may also use the normal will call window at the box office. Patrons picking up tickets from will call must present the actual credit card used
for purchase, a photo ID and the confirmation number.
